This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data applies when you register and use the COSORI application, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

1. General Consent

I hereby, being a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 (the "Data Subject"), freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", by ticking the relevant checkbox during registration in the "COSORI" application, grant Shenzhen Gaea Information Co., Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China, Unified Social Credit Code (USCC): 91440300MA5HB76T6K, registered address: Room 1408, 14F, Tianjian Chuangye Building, No.7 Shangbao Road, Shiling Community, Lianhua Sub-district, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China (the "Operator"), my consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy under the terms set forth below:

Methods of personal data processing: automated processing; without transmission over the internal network of a legal entity; with transmission over the Internet.

4. Purpose: Registration

Purpose of personal data processing: Registration of the User in the Application.

5. Data Categories for Registration

Categories of personal data processed for the purpose specified in Clause 4 of this Consent:

  • email address;
  • accountId, UID, or other account identifiers;
  • information related to login credentials;
  • deviceId, CID, or other unique device identifiers.

6. Purpose: App Usage

Purpose of personal data processing: Use of the functional capabilities of the Application and smart devices.

7. Data Categories for App Usage

Categories of personal data processed for the purpose specified in Clause 6 of this Consent:

  • email address;
  • accountId, UID, or other account identifiers;
  • information related to login credentials;
  • deviceId, CID, or other unique device identifiers.

8. Purpose: Customer Support

Purpose of personal data processing: Contacting customer support.

9. Data Categories for Support

Categories of personal data processed for the purpose specified in Clause 8 of this Consent:

  • email address;
  • accountId, UID, or other account identifiers;
  • information related to login credentials;
  • deviceId, CID, or other unique device identifiers;
  • personal data contained in the request and attachments thereto.

10. Third Party Processing

The Operator shall have the right to entrust the processing of the Data Subject's personal data to third parties in accordance with Part 3 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

11. Validity Period

This Consent shall remain effective from the moment it is granted by the Data Subject and for a period of 20 (twenty) years, or until the Operator ceases operations, the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, the form of consent is amended, or the Consent is withdrawn by the Data Subject or their representative. The Data Subject confirms that they have been informed that processing may continue after the expiration and/or withdrawal of this Consent if required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12. Withdrawal of Consent

This Consent may be withdrawn by the Data Subject by sending a corresponding request or application to legal@cosori.cloud or in writing to the address specified in Clause 1 of this Consent.
